We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Helium Comedy Club. For more information click HERE.
All shows are 18+ unless otherwise notated. ALL guests must have a valid ID to enter the building.
Your email confirmation serves as your purchase confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order is NOT confirmed.
In order for your party to be seated, you must go into the showroom as a group. We will only seat complete groups.
A two-item minimum purchase per person is required in the showroom. Food and drinks purchased in the bar or lounge do not count towards this minimum.
Please Note: Loud talking and/or heckling of the performers is extremely disruptive to the show and impacts your fellow guests’ experience. Customers who cannot comply will be removed from the venue and will not be issued a refund of their ticket purchase.
CONTESTING
Rules and regulations for all contests are listed on the contest's landing page and/or submission form. Unless otherwise noted, winners must be 21+ years of age and are selected at random. PICKING UP TICKETS
All tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 1 hour before showtime. In order to claim your tickets, you must present the email confirmation and a picture ID. FIRST and LAST names must match the form of ID.
All tickets are subject to expire 30 minutes before showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 30 minutes before showtime, please call the box office at 512.467.2333 to let them know.
LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
REMINDER
Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to the event and will not be eligible for a refund.
No firearms are allowed on the premises.

WHAT ARE YOUR MOBILE TERMS?
When you provide us with your mobile phone number, and opt-in to the Helium Alerts program you agree that Helium Comedy Club may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Helium Alerts Message frequency varies. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to shortcode 36404. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to shortcode 36404. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?
When you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt-in to the Helium Alerts, you agree that Helium Comedy Club may send you communications via text message (including SMS and MMS) to that mobile phone number.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THESE TEXT MESSAGES?
For our Helium Alerts Text Alerts All you have to do is text "CAPCITY" to 36404. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 36404. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
HOW DO I OPT OUT OF THESE TEXT MESSAGES?
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 36404. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES I RECEIVE?
Helium Alerts will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
